Grow emotional intelligence in community through real conversation, practice, and reflection.

Here, we don’t just talk about EQ — we practice it.

Let's strengthen your emotional intelligence— together.

EQ Gym Book Club

The EQ Gym Book Club is part book club, part learning circle, part personal development lab.

Over six weeks, we meet in person for 90-minute guided sessions, exploring one chapter of the EQ Gym Workbook each week.

Every session blends facilitated discussion, practical exercises, and reflection, allowing participants to explore their emotional patterns, strengths, and growth edges in real time.

This isn’t a lecture or a training — it’s a conversation. Together, we unpack the 8 competencies of the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Model, learning how to bring more awareness, choice, and purpose into our daily lives.

Think of it as your EQ workout — the more you practice, the stronger your emotional muscles become.

Just like going to the gym strengthens your body, the EQ Gym strengthens your capacity for self-awareness, empathy, and emotional agility.

What is the EQ Gym Book Club?

A workbook will be provided at your first session.
Beyond that, all you need is an open mind and willingness to explore.

Each gathering is intentionally designed to feel informal and interactive — a comfortable space for reflection, learning, and connection.

You’ll leave each session with insights you can apply right away to your work, relationships, and personal wellbeing.
